Wine and cheese and pizza bento (sans wine)

Wine and cheese without the wine

I’m writing this one many days afterwards because it’s been a hectic week. I had enough sense to take a picture with the intention of doing a writeup this weekend, so here it is!

Tuesday I had barely five minutes to throw together a lunch, so I cracked the seal on the goodies I bought on the weekend at Trader Joe’s. Now, I was a Trader Joe’s virgin up until the weekend, so I found the experience overwhelming to say the least. My friends probably were very entertained to see me gawking at the cool products they carried and at such low prices. Needless to say I came back with some stuff.

So with the time constraint I decided to do a “wine and cheese” theme … kinda sorta not really. Not sure how many offices let you drink wine during working hours, but mine doesn’t. The cheese was enough for me; I find it quite the opiate really. I’ve got French Tomme de Savoie cheese, which is a medium firmness pungent cheese. I’ve also got a blueberry encrusted goat cheese, which is tastes like a dessert it’s so good. I’ve also got some plain rice crackers (bought here, sorry) to put the cheese on. Red grapes also taste great with the pungent cheese.

I’ve also got leftover pizza. Yep, you heard me; pizza. I had five minutes; okay? Don’t judge.

Cheers and good eats.
